the band went for competition today
and got SILVER
cuz most bands were
GOLD medal bands
and in front of us was
saint patrick's
but it was shocking
saint pats got silver
when the results were announced
the whole band was very quiet
its a normal reaction lah..
cuz last year SYF they got gold wad...
then chung cheng got silver too...
now all that is left will be next year's syf
will be playing merry widow again...
but a lot need to improve la
still got national day
nedd to memorise scores..
but i hope will not sit in the center like last year
it was horrible
but i think will be playing the same songs like last year
national anthem and some marching songs...
i am so playing the 1st alto score...

now cheng ji and huaiyi not coming liao will feel a bit lonely
i still nedd to teach vernice how to play
its sickening if she does not wanna change
she keep forcing and give the i dun give a damn care attitude
wad can i do...
i seriously dunno how to teach her not to force
but i tell her do you know that you are forcing she did this
she said i dunno leh..heh heh...
i was freaking irritated already
and she still take her own sweet time
trying to figure out her fingering and notes...
so that shows that wad i taught her in the past months
did not get into the head lah
now i am more stressed up but wad mr wong said to me during lunch today
to be like a magnet and hold the section together
now i am trying to work out wad should i teach vernice next
maybe ask her to figure out the notes and fingering
slowly teach her how to play bar by bar
as for her tongueing i seriously need a senior
from the woodwinds section to help me
maybe i ask fadhil...
